Val de Rance
Cidre from Bretagne, which is wild like most French cidres. If you don't like that or you don't now if you like it, than do not start with brut.
Doux the least alcoholic cidre in InCider Bar. It has 2% vol and only 0,25 liter. Therefore the total alcohol contents is about the same as in two alcohol free beers. This does not make it non-alcoholic, but close.
Middle BIO is produced in BIO quality. It is also a nice compromise between the mild Doux and wild Brut.
Brut is a very wild cidre with strong taste of apple fermentation. Some review stated it tastes like blue cheese. If you believe that you would surely find the blue cheese taste in it.
