Spanish sidra natural. Eva is from Navarra. It is very sour with a strong apple taste. As all sidra naturals it is best served pouring from height - escanciar.
It is relatively cheap and has really strong tasted, therefore it is ideal also for cooking all recipes that require sidra natural.
Since 2016 Eva has a new label where it is really dificult to read the name from. For some unknown reason they put The Good Cider in place of the real name. However the taste is still the good old taste of Eva, so don't be discouraged.
