CIDRE99 started in 2015 in little village Roštín at a farm number 99. They are using their own apples in a traditional process with just a bare minimum of any other ingredients. Apple juice is pressed in small amounts, are cleared naturally and re slowly fermented in cold cellar. The result is a cidre with dominant apple taste but at the same time intentionally dry.

We do not want to stuff our customers with sugar and gas, we rather let the apples start natural processes that end in cidre.
